RULES OVERVIEW
All players, parents and spectators are expected to be aware of PKB Rules & Regulations and required to follow these policies at all times during competition.
If you have any questions or concerns with Tour policies, please contact the Tour offices.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
All players are eligible for either Division if they meet the following two requirements:
Have reached your 12th birthday during the 2008 calendar year
You are 18 years of age or less and have yet to start college classes
