Playing events on the Triad’s best golf courses with your child and eating
great food at J. P. Looney's is a dynamic combination! With over 22 years of experience providing
the finest products and services, TYGF, Robert Linville’s Precision Golf School and J. P. Looney's
have teamed up to offer the J.P. Looney’s Parent–Child Tour.
We have put together a challenging schedule with a season long
points championship that offers a unique experience for all golfers. Events are played in a
modified alternate-shot format with age-specific tees to make a competitive and enjoyable
experience for all ages. With Sunday afternoon events at reasonable rates, the Tour is a great family golf value!
- FORMAT - Event format will be Modified Alternate Shot except 1 special Captains Choice event
- TEES - Tees are determined by Age Group including Modified Junior & Senior tees
- AWARDS - Trophies are awarded for Top-2 finishers in each Age Division. For larger fields, additional trophies will be awarded.
- TIEBREAKERS - Ties will be decided by scorecard playoff starting on 18 and going backwards

The JP Looney's Parent-Child Tour staff is golf professionals who enjoy helping junior golfers move their game to the next level. We will assist the girls to achieve their aspirations and goals.

TYGF PRESIDENT
Chris Haarlow
Chris Haarlow is the Class A PGA Instructor with Precision Golf School. Chris serves as the Head
Instructor for PGS in addition to directing the Award Winning Precision Golf Junior Academy. Chris has been named a Top-50
Kids Teacher in America by US Kids Golf Inc for the five consecutive years (2004 - 2008); one of only three instructors in
the country to receive this continued honor.

Mike Parker
As Executive Director of the Triad Youth Golf Foundation & General Manager of Precision Golf School,
Mike brings over 6 years tournament operation experience. Mike also oversee the
the J.P. Looney's Parent-Child Golf Tour, the U.S. Kids NC Tours of the Triad, Triangle & Charlotte,
& Tournament Director for the Precision Golf Junior Championships and the U.S. Kid's World Championships.

TOUR DIRECTOR
Davis Troxler
Davis joins Precision Golf after being an Assistant Golf Professional for several years. He started
as an Assistant Golf Professional back in 1986 at The Cardinal Golf and Country Club in Greensboro, NC. He also has been
an Assistant Golf Professional at Willow Creek Country Club in High Point, NC, Grandover Resort in Greensboro, NC and most
recently at Bryan Park in Greensboro, NC.
